Contractor Sales Associate

We are looking for highly motivated, customer service oriented individuals to join our team! This is a one stop shop for all of our customers home improvement needs. Our staff members are a vital part of our organization as they are the face of the company to our customers!

We currently have the following position available:

Full Time Contractor Sales Associate

Duties:

• Assist all contractor customers in enhancing the profitability of their business by providing
information and product per customer request.
• Assist homeowner customers meet or exceed their goals for their project.
• Actively research and seek out local projects where products can be marketed.
• Perform job site consulting, job site assistance and job site deliveries.
• Process special orders for contractor customers.
• Solicits business, by telephone, from new and existing customers.
• Support retail sales when conditions dictate.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Meet, or exceed, annual performance metrics defined for the Contractor Sales Team.
• Other tasks as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the Contractor Sales Team.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Superior Customer Service Skills including quality assurance & problem resolution
• Basic Computer Skills
• Building Material and Building Concepts Knowledge
• Able to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast paced environment
• Able to estimate material requirements needed for project
