Parts Counter Job Duties

Call customers with estimates on service and parts

Data entry for service orders,parts orders ect.

Assist walk-in customers by answering questions and locating parts

Answering phones and assisting customers with their inquiries/parts orders look up

Maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving our customers and identifying their needs

Promote safe work habits and ensure that safety rules are followed

Checking in/stocking parts orders

Inter-store communications

Checking in machines as needed

Required Qualifications:

Experience with parts sales and/or small engine repair is preferred, but not required

Computer efficient with basic Microsoft office products and internet

Excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude:on the phone and in person

Detail orientated

Ability to work without supervision

Ability to lift 50lbs
